Prohibitions:
Parties, gatherings, and throwing objects from balconies are strictly prohibited.
Responsibility:

Guests will have full and private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. Arrival is seamless with self check-in using a smart lock.
Your stay also includes access to the resort's premium amenities, which are covered by the mandatory daily resort fee:

• Mandatory Resort Fee: A daily resort fee is required at check-in. This fee is separate from your booking payment and covers access to the pool, beach, gym, and loungers. It must be paid directly to the resort via credit card.
• Valet Parking Fees: Valet is the only parking option and is paid directly to the resort. Rates are as follows:
1-7 Days: $35.00 + Tax per Day
8+ Days: $30.00 + Tax per Day
